Color Card - Authentication, Identification and Data Storage

The current market standard for customer identification and security purposes such as banking are magnetic stripe and chip card systems. These are used to unmistakably identify the owner by reading magnetic or chip implemented information. Unfortunately, these systems are exposed to damage due to everyday use resulting from mechanical wear and tear. This is due to the reading process which requires contact between magnetic or chip reader and the implemented features. Once the card is damaged it cannot be used anymore. Our new Color Card has several advantages. Data is read using a contact-free mechanism, stored information cannot be destroyed by magnetic items, data capacity is much higher and is overall much cheaper to produce.
